How long is the first appointment?

Can I have treatment at my first visit?

What should I wear to my appointment?

He founded Excel Medicine to offer patients something most practices don't: a physician-led, evidence-based approach to both how you look and how you function — treated as the deeply connected disciplines they are.

Dr. Singh's training spans internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and obesity medicine — a combination that gives him an unusually broad and integrated view of human health. He approaches every patient with the same mindset: understand the whole person, address root causes, and design protocols that produce real, lasting change.

He is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition coaching — reflecting his conviction that medicine and lifestyle are inseparable. The physicians and practices that produce the best long-term results, he believes, are those that address both.
